"The best customer service and care. My glasses snapped and I needed an appointment as soon as possible to order new glasses ahead of a long drive to Cornwall in a few weeks time. I was able to get an appointment online easily. On arrival for my appointment, I’d had a hectic morning and felt quite frantic. The owner - Ed, greeted me and his calming presence made me feel relaxed. He showed me around the store highlighting glasses frames fitting the description of what I was looking for. The range of frame choice and colours is huge.
I then headed in for my appointment with Michelle. She is fab! A total ray of sunshine and very professional. I was impressed with the technology used and the time taken to get my presentation right, nothing was rushed.
Michelle then handed me over to Robyn to help me try on and select my new glasses. Robyn was incredibly patient with me. I find choosing frames hard when I’m on my own, she offered her opinion and helped me find frames that really suited me."
