About me

My name is Tanith.
I practise Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy in three clinics across Hay on Wye and Herefordshire, I am also an experienced complementary therapist offering a range of treatments for health and wellbeing.

Complementary Therapy in Hay on Wye

Within my work, I try to help you out of pain, to manage your muscles more effectively and also work on posture, stance and mobility.

Due to a minor mishap, I became fascinated how one particular injury or event can have such an impact on balance, posture and emotional state, and so my passion for body mechanics began....
Over the last six years I have trained and qualified in Sports and Remedial Massage, Posture and Bodywork, and Reflexology.

As an holistic practitioner, I look at the whole picture of how we treat ourselves in our day to day lives not only on a physical level, but also from an emotional viewpoint.

Adopting this approach has opened many more avenues for my professional development leading me into the Steiner World of Wellbeing, In Harmony with Nature and his philosophies that created Weleda Products.
